Corey Stinson transitioned from researching plant physiology and evolution in 2018, to a career in field ecology, conservation, and restoration. Since then, he has been a professional Ecologist and GIS Specialist, working with land trusts, environmental charities, indigenous groups, conservation authorities, and local and regional municipalities to map and manage their natural heritage features. He has an H. BSc from the University of Toronto in Conservation and Biodiversity and is a certified wetland evaluator.
