Rima Shouli is a highly distinguished and influential senior legal executive, leveraging over two decades of strategic legal leadership across complex global manufacturing, automotive and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as the Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary at Reckitt Benckiser, Rima provides executive-level guidance on critical areas, including transactions, litigation management and corporate governance.

Her executive tenure includes serving as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at ABC Technologies, where she was the principal legal advisor to the Board of Directors. In that capacity, Rima was instrumental in the successful completion of a multi-billion dollar take-private acquisition and other cross-border deals. She implemented robust global regulatory frameworks, overseeing adherence to ESG programs, while serving as Chair of the Ethics and Compliance Committee.

Rima possesses a powerful track record in establishing and scaling legal resourcing. She was instrumental in building the legal function for a Vietnamese automotive EV startup and provided essential advisory on its cross-border IPO. Previously, she served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Hino Motors and held a leadership role at Deloitte, where she was National Managing Partner. Rima is recognized for her ability to integrate legal strategy with core business objectives, mitigate enterprise risk, and ensure exemplary corporate governance across diverse global operations.
