The Oak Ridges Moraine Land Trust (ORMLT) is seeking an experienced and values-driven leader to serve as its next Chief Executive Officer. This is a unique opportunity to guide one of Ontario’s leading land trusts and help protect one of the province’s most significant ecological landscapes.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead organizational strategy, fundraising, operations, community partnerships, and stewardship initiatives while supporting a passionate team committed to conservation.

Key Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience, ideally in the non-profit or charitable sector

• Strong strategic, financial, and people leadership skills

• Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities

• Passion for conservation, sustainability, and community impact

 

Location

Hybrid position based near Schomberg, Ontario with travel throughout the Oak Ridges Moraine region.
