Jeff Doner

Jeff brings a career in strategic growth, communications and organizational transformation to the Oak Ridges Moraine Land Trust, with experience across healthcare, nonprofit and community-focused organizations. His connection to the Moraine is personal. He grew up in the communities shaped by this landscape and sees its forests, waters and open spaces as part of what makes this region feel like home.

A curious and collaborative leader, Jeff believes conservation is about people as much as place, building stronger connections between communities and the lands they share. Away from work, he is happiest outdoors, on the water, exploring with his family, or finding a new corner of Ontario to discover.
