Veronica Price-Jones
Communications & Events Coordinator

Veronica Price-Jones’ lifelong love for the outdoors grew into a career through her studies at the University of Guelph, in Zoology and French, and Anglia Ruskin University, in Animal Behaviour and Conservation. Through her Masters thesis, Veronica learned about the philosophy of community science, and came away with new drive and direction. She enjoys participating in community science programs, from the Breeding Bird Survey to the Ontario Butterfly Count, and sharing these interests with her community through outdoor education and outreach. In between birding and butterfly-spotting, she also has a strong interest in photography, food forests, and nature journaling, and can often be found engaging in one of these pursuits. Veronica works with us part-time.
